Red Velvet Cake with Fluffy White Frosting

Red velvet chocolate cake with a fluffy white frosting
(American frosting if you want to be technical).  
Sorry no pic of the red inside, it was a gift 
for a colleague's 50th and she didn't want to cut it at work!
