Yes, my first ever wedding cake!!! The request was for a simple white iced 4-tier chocolate wedding cake with silver ribbon. So I feel I've done exactly as was required! The bride was very happy and assured me that nearly every piece was eaten :) All layers were the same - chocolate madeira sponge cake with 2 layers of chocolate buttercream, then covered with plain white icing. The second picture shows the cake in ALL it's glory ;-)
