A gorgeous Minnie Mouse cake for a gorgeous 1 year old. It had to be Minnie & it had to be pink so I think this fits the bill :) Vanilla sponge sandwiched with vanilla buttercream & raspberry jam. Covered with pink spotty fondant icing and then topped off with Minnie Mouse's head - which thankfully didn't wobble off on her 2 hour car journey to the party!
